Steel is selected to match expected mold life, surface finish, and material aggressiveness. Other grades available on request.

Audited steel suppliers, material certificates attached, steel cut and rough-machined.
Core and cavity rough-cut, insert pockets cut, slider bodies machined, intermediate inspections.
EDM detailing, surface polish to specified finish, mold assembly with slider, ejector, and cooling.
First trial on the matching injection machine, T1 sample, mold trial video, and dimension report.

Yes. We tool to standard mold base sizes and to your specific platen, shut height, and ejector layout. Send press specs in the RFQ.
For projects with a serious RFQ, yes. Initial DFM feedback returns within 48 hours. A full Moldflow report is quoted separately.
We guarantee mold life under normal injection conditions. Typical guarantees are written into the mold contract.
Yes. We sign NDAs on request before drawings are shared. Drawings are stored in access-controlled folders.
Either. Some clients keep the mold in our workshop for ongoing production. Others ship the mold home after a successful T1.
