Yes. Send the mold and the part drawing. We do a brief incoming check, a short trial run, and then move to production.
No formal minimum, but the breakeven for a setup change is usually around 500 to 1,000 parts. Small batches are quoted with a setup fee.
Every machine logs cycle time, melt temperature, holding pressure, and cooling time. Process parameters travel with the mold record.
